Position Details and Benefits:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients

  • Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and grow solid relationships with them

  • Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination

Your Qualifications:

  • Must be coachable and willing to acquire new skills

  • Must have a passion for helping others

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license. If you do not have a license, we will help you find a solution

  • Must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sales or customer service background is desirable but not essential

  • Laptop or computer is required (not tablet or chromebook).

  • Must meet basic requirements for computer literacy

  • Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English *note: we are not currently hiring in Quebec

2. Book Meeting on Zoom


Candidates need to schedule a Q&A meeting on Zoom with our National Hiring Director, State and Provincial Managers, and HR team.

Our National Hiring Director, Brent Stocker will provide a detailed overview of the role, covering State and Provincial licensing and exam processes, training programs, advancement opportunities, daily responsibilities, and scheduling insights.

3. Final Offer and Onboarding


Our Hiring Director and team will assess final candidates and determine hiring selections.
