Do I need a license to apply?

No. This is an entry-level professional role. You don't need a license to be hired, but you will need a state or provincial license to begin selling. We provide a step-by-step roadmap and exclusive discount codes for your pre-licensing course to help you get started as affordably as possible.

Do I need prior experience to apply?

No. Many of our candidates start with no prior experience. Training and guidance are provided.

Do I have to find my own leads or bother my family and friends?

No. This is where we differ from real estate or mortgage brokering. We make leads available at no cost to you. You will never be asked to "harass" your friends or family. We provide your clients through our exclusive partnerships with unions and veteran groups. You spend your time helping people, not hunting for them.

Is this a 100% remote, work from home position?

Yes this is a 100% remote work from home position that allows you the freedom to work from home but still be a part of a team and enjoy agency culture, mentorship, and camaraderie.

Do you provide equipment for this position?

We provide your training, software, E&O insurance and make benefits and leads availalbe to you. You will use your own laptop or desktop computer.

We recommend a Windows based computer, but a MAC will work as long as it will run Windows based software. Chromebooks and tablets will not work for this position. Your computer should have a working camera and mic so you can meet virtually with your clients and manager on Zoom.

What are my job responsibilities?

You will call the leads and referrals that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings and present benefit programs to enroll new clients. Can I do this part-time?

We hire for full-time commitment. While this career offers incredible long-term flexibility, you cannot learn the business part-time. The first 3 months involve a steep learning curve and government licensing. We invest heavily in your software, training, and leads, so we look for agents who are "all-in" from day one. Once you've mastered the role, you'll earn the freedom to design a schedule that works for your life.

Your success depends on the effort you’re willing to invest. We supply the leads, training, and ongoing mentorship—but it takes focus, self-motivation, and strong time management on your part. Compensation

I've never worked on commission before - is it risky?

In most industries, the "risk" of commission is the uncertainty of where your next client will come from. You will never be asked to harass your social circle or cold-call through a phone book. While this role offers incredible long-term flexibility, it is not a "side hustle." A six-figure career requires a focused start. The first few months involve a steep learning curve, including government licensing and mastering our remote systems. We have found that those who attempt to learn this business part-time often struggle, whereas those who commit to a "sprint" in their first 90 days build the foundation for a lifetime of high income and genuine time-freedom.

Why do I have to pay for my own pre-licensing course and license?

Is there a startup cost?

When Can I Start Earning?

How soon can I expect to start earning?

Our goal is to get you into the "green" as quickly as possible. Legally, you must have your license before you can earn on a sale, but the moment your license is active, your earning potential begins. We don't believe in long, unpaid "classroom" periods. Instead, you will be paired one-on-one with a dedicated trainer whose sole job is to help you close deals. We move straight into live Zoom sessions and client calls from day one of your licensure so that you can see a return on your time investment immediately.

This is a unique position, as you will be an independent contractor but also be a member of a Union and receive medical, dental, and prescription benefits. Tax Forms

Will I receive a W-2/T4 or a 1099/T4A?

You will receive a 1099 (U.S.) or a T4A (Canada).
