About the Positions: Career Advisors and Management

  • Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients

  • Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and grow solid relationships with them

  • Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination

Your Qualifications

  • Must be coachable and willing to acquire new skills

  • Must have a passion for helping others

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license. If you do not have a license, we will help you find a solution

  • Must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sales or customer service background is desirable but not essential

  • Laptop or computer is required (not tablet or Chromebook).

  • Must meet basic requirements for computer literacy

  • Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English *note: we are not currently hiring in Quebec

Our National Hiring Director, Brent Stocker or National Hiring Manager, Derek Helmer will provide a detailed overview of the role, covering State and Provincial licensing, exam processes, training programs, advancement opportunities, daily responsibilities, and scheduling insights.

Our hiring team will assess final candidates and determine hiring selections.
